Why do I see multiple bills in my account?

What is FPX and MPGS?
FPX allows online banking payments via Malaysian banks, while MPGS supports card-based payments such as credit and debit cards.
Is there any transaction fee for FPX or MPGS payments?
Transaction fees, if applicable, depend on the payment method and bank. Any charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.
Can I use someone else's bank account or card to make payment?

Payments are usually updated in real time. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on the cases.
What happens if my payment is successful but my bill is still unpaid?
Please allow some time for synchronization. If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
What should I do if I was charged but did not receive a confirmation?
Check your bank statement and Transaction History. If the payment was deducted but not recorded, contact support immediately.
Can duplicate payments be refunded?
Yes, duplicate payments are subject to verification and refund based on university financial policies.
Who can access the Payment Hub System?
The system is accessible to authorized university stakeholders, including students, staff, and approved external parties.
Why can't I see certain bills or payment options?
